Hello Ma'am, Take Tab/Cap Ashwagandha (Withenia somnifera) 1 bid,Lodhrasava 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals,wash with Neem/Triphala/Sphatik/boric acid solution in water after every micturition, follow strictly personal hygiene.
