TSH retested. Please suggest dosage.
Hi, lm female 29. During early pregnancy tests and this feb my TSH value showed 7.48 and doctor suggested to take thyronom 50 mcg. Due to blighted ovum it's a miscarriage, and after 6-7 weeks of thyronom medication, yesterday it showed 2.55 when I retest it. TSH 2.55 actual range 0.34-5.6 T3 1.20 actual range 0.80-2.0 T4 8.52 actual range 4.5-12.5 Now being a non pregnant and TSH in normal range can I reduce the dosage or should I still use 50mcg. Please suggest. Thanks.

Stop thyronorm and get it tested after 6 weeks to see if you are still hypothyroid. Pregnancy per se can cause changes in TSH levels. Also try to plan again after proper preconceptional counselling and after a gap of at least 6 months

Don't reduce the dose continue with same dose because after taking tablet your level has come down again after 2 months get it done and see the value.
