My TSH has been <0.01 since last 3 month; got it checked 3 and 1 months ago. Is there any pill one can take to bring it to normal or any recommended (or to be avoided) food . If there is no medicine, how much time it takes generally to come to normal state in general. Any other thing to remember? Thanks.

You need to get a complete thyroid profile done and consult a doctor for examination and determination of the cause of low TSH as the treatment will vary depending on the cause and subsequent diagnosis.
