TSH is  10
Do we have to undergo any treatment as TSH tested is 10 which is more than the normal value (0.5-5)?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Anything which is not normal needs treatment. Clearly the TSH is very high. She is having hypothyroidism that means she has to have treatment.
