TSH is higher normal
My TSH Is 5.5 but I asked friend and say that will help you sleep. Is that true? I feel depressed and fatigue all time.

So 5.5 TSH is borderline for hypothyroidism and it has no relation to sleeping. If you feel tired and low, most of the times. This value can be significant.
