TSH increased 9.395
Hi, My TSH increased to 9.395 ...it was 3.625 before 2 months...im taking 50mcg thyronorm...I'm a Breastfeeding mother... What dosage should I take now? And please suggest any remedy for descrease TSH levels...

Hi Do these yoga daily:- Sinhasan Sarvangasan Bhujangasan Halasan Ujjai and kapalbhati . These yoga are very important for you Second :- sock one teaspoon of dhania in one glass of normal water for whole night and drink this water in morning empty stomach. 3rd:-take sone guava leaves and boil with water few minutes and then gargal daily.. 4th if you want start ayurvedic medicine of thyroid then consult here because you already taking allopathy .

You are already on allopathy thyroid medication. You said it was 3.625 before. So was it with medicines? Or now after your TSH went to 9 doctor started with 50mcg thyronorm? We have very good drugs for thyroid in ayurveda. You consult online as this needs detailed discussion. Since how long you are hypothyroid? All these history in detail should be known. You can continue with same dosage of thyronorm and along with that you can start ayurveda medicines for thyroid. But this needs to be monitored. So consult me online on this platform
