Now I have lost about 10 kgs and recently took thyroid test and TSH was found to be 49.5 . What to do? I have not been on thyroid medications till date

You need thyroid medicine. Exercise decrease body weight but not TSH level in blood. Continue exercise and consult doctor for prescription
