Tsh 5.32 . Weight is increasing and lazy
Hi , I am female 29 mother of one kid . I get too lazy and my weight is also increasing . I did tsh test its 5.32 ulu/ml. Do i need to start the medicine

Stay doing some physical exercises. You don't need to start any medicine. Avoid spicy and oily food. Low cholesterol diet. Drink plenty of water. Avoid alcohol. Avoid sweet things.

Hi dear, yes that happens because u have to give your constant attention to your kid with no or very little time left for yourself.
