Trying to get pregnant

Hi, i m trying fr baby since 5 months but i am ending up with no result. My age is 25 and regular periods and my weight is 53kg. But still i dont know what and how it works or expecting baby in 5 months is it tooo early or not even tat i dont know please someone help me what to do? Thanks
