34 is definitely alarming age.. But trying recently. .don't waste time Do a AMH blood test later. Treatment is correct. Do it with follicular monitoring. Keep relations 2-3 times a week and more in fertile period If no success in 3 months do a tubal patency test and AMH and husband semen analysis IUI LAter Connect for more details and information here Go to my website www.familygynaec.com For articles on Fertility counseling Blog section YouTube channel Dr Harita Kothia videos

Yes of course you can have natural pregnancy
Next Steps
If you are taking Letrozole and maternal injection it would be wise to try to do double intrauterine insemination with husband semen after follicle rupture . Reasons are a little more age and presence of fibroid
Health Tips
Do a husband semen analysis and plan for intrauterine insemination. Take Tablet Fertisure F for female partner and Tablet Fertisper for Male partner at bedtime once every night for three months Joining with husband in women down position with two pillows bellow your buttocks and sleep in the same position for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown Use washroom before joining and don’t use wash room for 8 hours after joining to avoid semen trickledown Take a boiled egg daily Take milk with turmeric at night for both partners Drink lots of water and fruits juice Avoid lifting weights and stress and travel Avoid papaya and pineapple
