Is there any diet or exercise to follow for fast results? What should be thyroid level to get conceived? Which is the best time to go for checkup for preconception counselling and fertility evaluation? There are many queries. Please do answer. It will make my day. Thanks in advance.

A cycle of 32 days and flow for 5 days is a regular cycle, you need not worry. The fertile period for you is from the 10th of the cycle to 18th day considering day one as the day you get your periods. For example if you get your periods on 1 st of January then the best time for you to conceive is from 10th to 18th January. You should have intercourse atleast on alternate days during this period. You must maintain a healthy nutritious diet containing of fruits, dry fruits, home cooked fresh meals. Also take folic acid supplements from now and even throughout pregnancy. Your thyroid values must be in the normal range. The best TSH level must be from 2 to 3. You can visit for preconception counselling now. The doctor may ask you for routine tests like Haemoglobin, thyroid levels and blood sugar levels which are of importance for a healthy pregnancy. Dear practo user you need not worry as it is just three months that you have been trying. Follow the above mentioned steps.
