Trying to conceive since Feb 2019
We are trying to have a baby but no luck since more than a year. My husband's sperm count is 12 billion/ml, it supposed to be 15 billion/ml. I have regular 25 or 26 days cycle. I got 3 irregular cycles after we started trying for a baby. It never happened with me. My weight is bit high and am trying to reduce , it's reducing . Doctor suggested for IUI. Can i go for this? Or any other way to have baby naturally? It's frustrating now as we can't go out and take treatment during this lockdown. Please help

There is no hard and fast treatment in infertility. You can do IUI but it all depends on what you want to do. I will advise reduction of weight. Check AMH and fallopian tube condition. The sperm count is little low. Husband should stop smoking and alcohol and repeat the semen analysis again.

You can try naturally with follicular monitoring  for few cycles then try IUI.
