Trying to conceive since 12 years

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I had 2 abortions ( 1.5 months ) and yet not conceived since 10 years. Now my periods are scanty might be due to medicines for conceiving ( hormonal imbalance ) pcod was detected. Pls help me.
