Trying to conceive
I have a 8 year old son who is autistic. Now I am remarried and trying to conceive again. My first child was conceived after 1 cycle of clomid. Now I have had 3 failed cycles of letrozole.
This cycle I took letrozole and had iui.
Want to confirm-
1. Why I am not able to conceive.
2. Can iui work form me
3. Are there any chances of being my other child autistic.?
4. What can I do to prevent this.no family background from my end as such.
