Hi doctor, I am trying to conceive last 1yr 8months we consult the doctor that I had pcos problem. my cousin said to take fenugreek seeds daily morning. shall i take fenugreek seeds, please suggest me an answer

Yeah.. fenugreek seed may help u to lose wt.. but that's it.. no role in pcod
