Trying for baby. It affect pregnancy?

We are trying for a baby since 2 years. Myself And my wife started crying whenever we are thinking of it. Below are our medical reports. We both are leucoderma patients and have less in vitamin D. Pls try to help us. My report - 1. Semen report is good with 66% of normal sperms, 20 mins liquifiction time and very good volume and motility. 2. I felt i had quick ejaculation less than a min. So I consulted doctor and suggested to take Doppler scan, tesrectal scan to identify whether it is PE. But the result s negative. I don't have PE. 3. My semen seems to be liquid, that's why am getting quick ejaculation. Does it affect pregnancy? My wife report 1. She has thyroid initially of 10 (before 2 yrs), now she has 4.5 after taking 75mcg thyronorm. 2. Her menus cycle is 25 days an last for 2 days, one day with normal flow and one day with less flow. 3. We consulted doctor and she suggested for complete abdomen study. 4. She has found with 2 Right para ovarian cyst of 6cm. pls help
