I am 26 married woman slightly obese this time my ovulation date was on 12 Oct after that day I am feeling too much of heat around abdomen area and feverish kindly suggest can I be pregnant please give some tips to conceive fast

I can understand your anxiety. how long you have been married. ?
Feverishness and pain abdomen is not an indication of pregnancy.
Mild pain is felt by some woman during ovulation and rarely severe pain if there is bleeding inside after ovulation from ovary,which is very rare.
Regarding pregnancy get your husbands semen analysis first and if normal you can consult a gynaecologist for further evaluation. i hope you are convinced. all the best
