Trying conceive from an yr/time for IVF?
I'm25 with PCO and h/o genitalTB.married for 3yrs to my firstcousin, he is29, his semen analysis is normal.We tried 3cycles with clomid/letrozole with ovulation and no succ.went in for laparoscopy,Tubes are open,TBPCR is negative and biopsy is also normal. We tried another cycle with clomid and FSH injectn and that resulted in chemical pregnancy. later we tried one more cycle with letrozole and hmg injectn, ovulation has occured but no succ.Then we tried clomid and opted IUI and after iui we were told that follicle turned as cyst and to test after 14 days and it was -ve.Next cycle again I took clomid n 2 fsh150iu injectns on cd3,5 and cd10 scan 3 mature follicles, 1turned as cyst oncd11,took hcg10000iu.did us after 36hrs and was said that all of them ruptured including cyst and iui was done.am abt to test on 6th aug but I dnt feel symptoms and no different from earliercycles.should we consider IVF or we can try iui for more cycles or do we need some more tests as we are cousins?

First do pregnancy test by blood.Bhcg is blood test.If comes negative means no pregnancy.Meet to infertility specialist and get done all basic investigation needed for fertility.Start treatment with her and follow the instructions.
