Troponin I is 0.12ng/ml
Troponin I level is 0.12 ng/ml is it to be worried? And also had 2D echo where arotic valve is sclerotic and other were normal. Can I what is the risk and how we gonna overcome?

If no symptoms Ecg and ECHO normal Trop I 0.12  which is borderline WNL nothing to worry

If there are no symptoms of chest pain / shortness of breath / no ecg changes Than no need to worry Sclerotic aortic valve is age related changes

It's borderline. If the patient has chest pain go ahead with Angiogram.
