Trip to ladhak (7 days)
I am 27 years old, have a trip planned for leh ladhak from 25th march to 1 st April. Going by flight. I wanted to know what medicines should I carrying in my medical kit. Did some research online. Everyone suggested to be prepared for altitude sickness. I have ibuprofen allergy. Please suggest. Thank you in advance.
