My triglycerides is 400 hdl is 24 and ldl is 57.53 and vldl 88... I have chest pain from so many days whenever I go through ecg its normal and on 31st may 2022 I have done tmt and echo that's also normal... Still I am getting chest pain do I really worry... Whether it's heart problem... I am very much confused...

Chest pain can also occur due to acidity or dyspepsia and muscle pain. You can try taking antacids and analgesics and see whether pain subsides. If you do feel better then the pain is not heart related
