Triglycerides and Uric acid high
Triglycerdes is level 223mg/dl but cholesterol level is normal.Uric acid level is 7.2mg/dl. How can I control this problem.

Triglycerides can be controlled by reducing fat intake especially snacks and fried foods uric acid can be controlled by reducing daal if you are you vegetarian and mutton and chicken if if you are non vegetarian
