Can trigger shot HCG be taken on thigh for IUI ? If yes is it's advantage same as taking on abdomen ? I am scared of IUI how can I reduce my anxiety? Does breathing excercise help to relax

Hi. Subcutaneous injections are least painful on the abdomen, better to take it there. IUI is not painful per se, it is same as getting a transvaginal scan done. Breathing exercises will definitely help. You should just relax & stay positive. All the best!

Inj hcg can be given subcutaneous route on thigh preferred outer side or abdomen below bellybutton.intra muscular faster absorption but little painful.let ur Doctor decide where to give injection.Stop overthinking.Do yoga meditation to reduce anxiety.Iui is not at all a very difficult procedure.Just relax
