Tretin side effects
I am having some allergic reactions on my face after using tretin.
Yes I was instructed to apply it first for 10 min then 20 min, then gradually increasing the hours.
But one day I applied it for longer time.
After that I developed some allergic reactions.
Dry patches on the affected area.
Please suggest

Use moisturizer for few days. And then again restart applying with the minimal contact time and gradually increase to not more than what you can tolerate.
Alternatively use can shift to retinol serum instead to tretin cream

The dose of application of treatinoin should be increased gradually.
You have had a allergic reaction to it.
