Tremors with muscle twitching
I am having small tremors in both hands since 2 months and also painless muscle twitching when at rest.Last time i did MRI of brain and thyroid test but both appeared normal so doctor suggested propranolol after taking it for some time the twitches reduces but the tremors not. What can be the reason also from last 3-4 days while before sleeping when i lie down sometimes i get shakiness different than tremor like anxiety.I dont know the meaning of palpitations but when im at rest or stable i can able to feel the heartbeat as hands moves little with that.what is happening?
