My friend has been suffering from tremors in hands since 15 years. Is it related to essential Tremors disease or is it any thyroid related issue. Are there any treatments for this to get completely cured

Hello, did he had family history if tremors?, at what age the tremors started?, does tremors appear in both hands or anyone? If both hand were they present simultaneously or progressed.
