Tremors in hand
Shaking of hands, forearms, sometimes involving the shoulders which results in momentarily shaking of head. When trying to use the shaking hand, it intensifies.

Tremors can be due to degenerative illness related to cerebellum or can be an early sign of parkinson disease Patient has to be evaluated to see for cause
