In POTS symptoms are related to the reduced blood volume and this will mainly occurs when you stands up after lying down.
Symptoms mainly include fainting and rapid heartbeat, which are relieved by lying down again.
For diagnosis you have to monitor your Blood pressure and pluse. You can do by yourself also. So keep eye on your BP and Pluse.
By monitoring your BP and Pluse give you insight and better Control on POTS.
