Treatment for PCOD
I have been suffering from pcod since my first periods( 14 years of age). I started treating myself recently 3 years ago with Ayurveda but I did not see any significant effects. I still miss my periods for 1.5-2 months and get a very less flow. I am very concerned about my condition. I have tried Ayurveda and allopathy both. Please help me.
1) Does homeopathy/ayurveda include treatment with 100% homeopathy/Ayurvedic drugs or it includes allopathy too?
2) Can homeopathy have side effects in long run?

4) Do gynaecologists practicing homeopathy/Ayurveda or allopathy suggest lifestyle and dietary changes as well in their consultation fee?

1) Depending on the condition of the patient inclusion of different approaches are done and not always same in all cases.
2) No homeopathic treatment does not have sidee effects if the medicine is right and according to the laws of homeopathy
3) Allopathy has both immediate and long term side effects.
4) Inclusions of diet and other advices are mostly part of the case management but all doctors have their own norms.

Pick up Homeopathy intervention since its your best option for NCDs of this nature. Make sure you meet a Homeopath with an MD and a reasonably good exposure in PCOD/PCOS situations. Insist on constitutional treatment in great depth. Pl do your bloodworks prior to treatment and make sure you don't miss FSH Proloactin and LH. Keep reviewing trigger values and USG in intervals.
