You have unilatera ptosis which could be only local eye problem or could be because of some systemic causes
note the pattern of drooping, if constant and since many years and not progressive then you can use crutch glasses as nonsurgical treatment , you can get these from some good optician
if it is variable, increases in evening and on exertion, you must consult some neurologist to rule out ocular myaesthenia gravis
Also get your thyroid test done once
