Treatment for cataract
I have a had retinal detachment In both eyes about 6 years ago. Right eye has minimal vision post surgery. Left eye is good but has developed cataract. Silicone oil in both eyes. What is the safest cataract procedure and what lens implant is recommended in my condition?

Phaco-emulsification with acryosof lens ( acryosof ) but prognosis is always guarded after retinal detachment surgery.

You need team work by cataract surgeon +anaesthtist +retina Surgeon
