Hi, Bad breath has multiple originating factor. Since you are saying that you are maintaining good oral hygiene, the bad breath may be because of other conditions that are not related to maintenance of oral health like - Cavities, Gum disease, Gastritis or some systemic factors. Please do visit a dentist in a clinic and get it checked. The dentist after examination may refer you to concerned specialist.
