I have suffered from typhoid ( initial stage) since last week. Now, there is no fever but pain behind my eyes. What should i do?

HELLO, YOU  TAKE REST, LIQUIDS N SEMILIQUID DIET. SLOWLY PAIN DISAPPEAR. OR YOU CAN TAKE HALF PARACETAMOL. O.K BYE.
