Treatment after 2 missed abortions.

I had 2 missed abortions in last one year. recently I have gone through D&C process at 10.2 week pregnancy where heartbeat was mossing and baby's growth was around 5 week 5 days. I haven't done product testing after D&c. what tests should I done to have normal pregnancy in future. I don,t want to go through D&C procedure again. Please suggest me tests before planning for next pregnancy. note- I conceived both the times in first try itself but baby didn't grow. Is it because I have some problem in my body and I wont be able to get normal pregnancy in future? I having sleepless night and going through lot of stress from past few month. please advice me what test should i conduct. prenatal tablets etc. Thankyou so much.
