Travelled by train
Respected doctors, Due to some urgency, I travelled by train to Visakhapatnam from Delhi on 13th June. No one in my family have any symptoms related to covid 19. But, I observed that I am taking heavy breath occasionally. no fever, headach, cough, sore throat etc.. I have gastric trouble always feeling heavy in the stomach. Need your suggestion in this regard and please sugest do I need to get myself tested for Covid 19. Thanks

According to me it can be anxiety issues causing u gastric  trouble.usually stress can cause gastric trouble. I believe you should keep check on vitals and wait for time being .till then relax take deep breath .take plenty of fluids and avoid junk food and spicy food ,if things dont go well u can consult and we may  plan a treatment Approach. Occasionally taking deep breath in not uncommon in a normal person. Covid-19 person's have breathlessness. Do breathing exercises regularly. Take well balanced diet and fresh fruits.
