Hi, I am 5 weeks pregnant and I came to know the same today morning itself, when my pregnancy test kit showed positive. On Saturday we have a pre-planned flight to Kolkata from Bangalore. And we're returning from Kolkata by Tuesday.
Please let me know if it is safe to travel by flight in 5 weeks pregnancy or should I avoid or take any precautions.

You can fly .But before traveling have to take some precautions so consult to gynaecologist.Get done TSH level and ultrasonography to know the exact weeks of pregnancy and position of baby.
