  4. Traces of blood in nose. Shall i do?

Traces of blood in nose
From past few days i am observing that i wake up with a partially blocked nose. When i move to bathroom and sneeze to clear the nose, i always find traces of blood in the muccus. Why is this happening? People say its because of all this heat. But is it actually because of heat.? What shall i do?
