In 1999 syphilis detected treated with penicillin since then everytime vdrl negative recently tpha done two times and found weak positive.what should I do?

If you are sexually active then get VDRL done of both partners.If positive then meet to local doctor and take full course of antibiotics.Because treatment of partner is also compulsory.
