Can toxoplasmosis spread through human to human contact if he or she is infected by it? I am pregnant hence want to know

No human to human contact is not documented. It is usually transferred by using food or water or utensils infected with cat feces . If u are infected with toxoplasmosis in pregnancy you need further treatment or else baby can be affected.
