Tourette? OCD?
As long as I can remember, I have had these compulsive movements which include moving and raising objects, like coffee mugs and chairs. However, the main "tick" that I have is touching my body in certain areas and it is not really because of itching but because of the urge, this happens about 300 times a day, hard to estimate. Due to this, I had have had severe problems with sleeping all my life and it takes on average 6 hours for me to fall asleep. My sister has tourette but it is different.
