Total Seeum Testosterone Level

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello doctor. Good evening. My doctor told me to test total serum testosterone level for PCOD problem, one in the month of August and other in the month of October. But the report are different. When I asked the pathology they said that was due to the different reagent. Is that possible? I'm attaching the reports. Is my total testosterone level normal? Please help Thank you
