Hello sir, We are going for total hip replacement surgery on right leg. Which part has more life and stability for total hip replacement, ceramic on ceramic or dual mobility?

Sir , The question you have asked is a very debatable one. Its like asking which OS us better. Windows or Mac? Both have pros and cons. I have done both. I have had good and bad results in both of them. After almost 10 yrs of small expirience, this is what i follow. Old patients above 65..ceramic . Young  below 60...dual mobility Patients between this group will be evaluated differently.
Next Steps
Have a discussion with another Orthopedic surgeon with logical approach.
