Torn piercing
I recently got nose piercing done around 2 months back. when i changed my jewellery to a thin ring, it stretched down for some reason leaving a vertical scar behind. How can i get rid of scar? It's even longer than it looks in the picture.

There is some sort of tension in terms of size of the ring which is expanding the hole
It is difficult to comment without checking you skin and tissue laxity
