Hello. I had ED earlier and got cured to a large extent afte a long time. For hairfall prevention of Male pattern baldness, can I use topical finasteride. I have read that there are side effects w.r.t sexual function when oral finasteride dosage is taken. But is topical finasteride safe or it has similar side effects. Pl guide
