Hello doctor..Could you suggest me with a better toothpaste or mouthwash for cavities and oral cleansing.?? And the best homeremedy for it..

Any good fluoridated toothpaste will help to keep the mouth clean, it's more of the brushing technique which is more important in this regard. Round and circular motion with adequate time is what is required. Mouthwash such as chlohexplus should give a good result along with regular follow-up with ur dentist
