Root canal treatment has to be done to save the tooth. Visit a Dentist before the pain aggrevates.

The photograph of an x-ray should be taken against a source of light and not on a flat surface. But still the X-ray is not clear and taking a photograph in the right way will also not provide us a clear picture. Please understand that your symptoms warrant root canal treatment and there is no point in delaying the treatment expecting cure. Please follow the advice of the dentist who has performed the clinical evaluation of the case and seen the X-ray directly as he is the best judge in this case. Regards.
