There are no contraindications to dental treatment during pregnancy, when it is essential. If there is a infection it has to be treated. If the tooth had a cap which was removed it is possible the tooth has broken or it is infected.. either ways visit a dentist , inform the dentist that you are pregnant and appropriate care will be provided.
