Medication will help you only for 4 hours. Please visit the dentist and take IOPA xray and proceed with RCT treatment followed by crown ( cap) or extraction followed by implant or FPD whichever is needed.As for now, if you don't have any medical issues, take Dolonex dt along with Pan 40 ( you must need antibiotic treatment too).Avoid using that side for chewing and hot water gargle.
