There is no medicine, we need to see the grade of mobility and as per the available bone seen on the xray decide the future treatment.
We can do a splinting of teeth in many of the cases. Depending on the mobility.
Next Steps
Consult with a Periodontist ( gums specialist)

Hello
Medicine won't help you in the problem make sure there are no deposits between the teeth.
Once teeth start shaking it cannot be stopped we can just make sure it doesn't increase
Massage your guns with finger
Teeth shaking after cleaning is an indication of bone loss around those teeth. It cannot be cured by medicines. You can either stabilise it with support from the next teeth through a procedure called 'splitting' after the necessary treatment to completely remove any gum infection. Or if those teeth have severe bone loss it is better to get it removed and go for a bridge type denture.
Next Steps
get an x ray done to see how bad the condition is.
