I am using Dabur Red pest since a long time but it's not best as well to detect irrelevant fragrance of my mouth while I am talking with colleagues and friends. Could you please guide me to use best and medicated pest for my teeth so that I can improve my condition.

I would suggest stopping any ayurvedic toothpaste.use a regular toothpaste like pepsodent or colgate for a change.
